This notice covers enquiries, partnership messages, and careers applications submitted through the MAK BPO And Telecommunications website. Contact info@makbpotelecommunications.com for privacy questions.
Information you provide
Contact forms request your name, email, and message, with optional phone and company details. Careers applications also request phone, city, selected position, and experience level. Partnership enquiries use the Contact form; there are exactly two forms: Contact and Careers. There is no CV upload. Avoid including identity documents, financial details, medical records, or other sensitive information in these forms.
Why we use it
MAK uses the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential business relationship, or consider your application. The form asks for your agreement to this use before submission.
How forms are delivered
When configured, the website sends form information directly through EmailJS to MAK’s designated inbox. EmailJS and the connected email provider process that information to deliver the message. This frontend does not create a separate application database. EmailJS service information is available at https://www.emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
Automated chat guide
MAK Guide answers company and service questions locally in your browser. Chat messages are held only in the current page’s memory, are not sent to a chat server, and are not saved in localStorage. It cannot access recruitment records or provide individual insurance advice. Use call, WhatsApp, or the contact form to speak with the team.
Social buttons
Official social profile links are configurable. When a link has not been added, the social panel offers direct contact and optional website-sharing actions. External platforms apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Browser preferences
The site stores your selected colour theme in localStorage. It may also store a submission timestamp to discourage repeated form submissions. It does not store the contents of your application or message in browser storage. No analytics or advertising trackers are included in the supplied source. Your hosting provider may maintain technical access logs.
Maps and external links
The Contact page embeds a Google Maps address search. Loading it contacts Google and may involve its cookies and processing under its own policies. WhatsApp, phone, email, and directions links open external services or applications. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Access and retention
Submitted information is delivered to MAK’s inbox and handled by the people responsible for the relevant enquiry or recruitment process. Contact MAK to ask about access, correction, deletion, or the retention of your information. Retention depends on the enquiry and applicable business requirements; the website does not advertise a fixed retention period.
