Practise clear communication
Read a short paragraph aloud and explain it again in your own words. Aim for a steady pace and clear pronunciation. Confidence grows when you know you can make the next step understandable.
Listen before responding
Try summarising what another person has said before giving an answer. Active listening helps you identify the real question and avoid responding to an assumption.
Bring examples of learning
You do not need to invent experience. Talk about a time you learned a process, handled a difficult conversation, or improved after feedback. Specific examples are easier to discuss than general claims.
Understand the role
A Junior Closer develops sales conversation skills, a Closer leads qualified conversations, and a Validator checks information against the campaign requirements. Choose the role that suits your strengths.
Ask practical questions
Ask about training, performance expectations, shift arrangements, and the next stage of the selection process. Apply through the MAK careers form without uploading a CV.
